Q. Do you offer a Lay-Away Plan?
A. Yes. Our Lay-Away plan requires a 20% deposit, with terms up to 90 days.

Q. What kind of merchandise does the Tack Exchange stock?
A. The Tack Exchange is filled with quality pre-owned, consigned and close-out merchandise consisting of Saddles, Tack, English Apparel, Stable Supplies and Accessories.

Q. What are the fees associated with consigning items in The Tack Exchange?
A. Commissions are as follows: Apparel, 40%, Tack & Accessories, 35%, Saddles, 25% or less. (Based on value of saddle.)

Q. Do you "Price Match"?
A. Yes. We will match or beat any legitimate published price.

Q. What type of repair service does Stockman's offer?
A. We do most saddle and tack repairs such as billet replacement, saddle reflocking, tack alterations, and general leather repair.

Q. Do you rent clippers?
A. We offer Oster Clipmaster and Oster A5 clippers at a daily rate.

Q. Do you sharpen clipper blades?
A. Yes. Blades are generally done in 7-10 days.

Q. Do you offer engraving and embroidery services?
A. We offer both. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days.

Q. Does Stockman's offer custom boots?
A. Yes. We offer boots by Vogel and Dahner. Measurements are done by appointment. Please contact us for schedule availability.

Q. What are the costs associated with the saddle fittings?
A. Fittings done at the store are free. Barn calls start at $75.00 and must be scheduled in advance. Please note that an additional mileage charge may apply. Check with store for details.

Q. What is the store's policy regarding "test ride" saddles?
A. Test ride saddles require a security deposit which is fully refundable if the saddle is returned. You will only be charged for shipping. Trial periods are as follows: In Town, 3 days, Out of Town, 10 days.
